Listing of Registrar Names on the Nic AG Website
(Effective Date: September 17, 2001)



1.	If requested to do so by a Nic AG Accredited Registrar, Nic AG will post the name of the Registrar on a list of Nic AG Accredited Registrars on Nic AG's website at http://www.nic.ag in accordance with this policy and the Registrar Agreement to allow the public and Registrants to identify the Registrar as a Nic AG Accredited Registrar. (Registrars which do not offer services to the public at large may elect in their Application for Accreditation not to be on this list).
2.	After being presented with the random list of Nic AG Accredited Registrars the user will have the option of requesting that the list be sorted by several criteria, which may include alphabetic, geographical or language in which services are offered.
3.	Registrars which do not wish to give the appearance that they are offering ag registrar services in only one or several regions or countries may elect in their Application for Accreditation to be listed as providing services on a "Worldwide" basis.
